the first conversation is a working session. we look at what tools you use, where the friction is, and what a minimum useful system looks like for your situation. sometimes the right scope is one capability. sometimes it is a connected set of three. the system is built on OpenClaw, an open-source ai agent framework, and deployed on hardware you control. if the model fits your situation, we put together a proposal: what gets built, what it connects to, how long it takes. if it does not fit, we will say so.
